About the Film
Missouri, the mid 1960s, Jenny in her early teens, seduces Buck, an out of work , illiterate teenage bricklayer. They flea from Jenny’s drunken, shotgun slinging mother and find refuge in Rita's Red Door, a black brothel. The love of these two white kids is severely tested when Jenny decides to become a hooker.
